Construction Lawyer

THE FIRM:

Our client is a highly respected law firm based in the South West of England, with clients both in the public and private sectors.

THE ROLE:

A new role has arisen for a construction lawyer to join the firm's market-leading construction team which has a national reputation advising clients on the use of industry standard forms and bespoke documentation on all the main construction procurement strategies.

You will be working on non-contentious matters advising clients on informal and formal dispute resolution needs and contract reviews and re-negotiations.

ABOUT YOU:

To be considered for this role you will be a proactive construction lawyer with 5-9PQE, excellent academics and a proven track record gained with a top national or regional firm.

You will have gained solid experience within the construction sector and handled non-contentious construction work.

In addition, you will have excellent drafting and legal analysis skills, be able to liaise effectively with clients and have a practical and commercial approach.
