Residential Conveyancer (Conveyancing Executive / Conveyancing Solicitor) - Manchester
Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner looking to join one of the UKs leading law firms based in central Manchester?
This successful and well established law firm are seeking a residential property lawyer who can work autonomously in handling their own caseload of a mix of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion. (including purchase, sale, remortgage and other associated matters for both freehold and leasehold properties. Ensuring strong service delivery for clients and work providers through pro-active management of files through to exchange and completion.
You will likely be a qualified Solicitor (NQ-5yrs PQE), Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with demonstrable experience in managing your own caseload of mixed residential property.
