This global manufacturing business has an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Specialist to join them on a permanent basis in their Cambridge office.
You will have responsibility for the entire contract process from bid submission through to negotiation and drafting of the final contracts. These will include MOUs, master service agreements, confidentiality agreements, purchasing contracts and collaboration agreements. You will use your legal & commercial experience to minimise risk to the business in your negotiations and will advise on any potential contractual disputes.
This is an exciting time to join the business as it is in a period of growth and you will get the opportunity to work with global customers in a variety of industries.
The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role and will have excellent drafting skills. You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritise a busy workload and communicate well with others.
