Legal Counsel

• Do you have experience in respect of a wide range of commercial contracts?
• Are you a UK qualified Solicitor or Barrister and do you have approximately 0-5 years' relevant PQE?
• Do you have any experience of or prior exposure to any technology, software licensing and/or outsourcing issues?
• Do you want to get involved in a huge range of legal and compliance issues facing the business?

You will be working for a hugely successful and well-known international organisation, operating in over 100 territories right across Europe, the Americas, Asia and Australasia.

You will draft, negotiate and conclude a vast and hugely varied range of commercial contracts in relation to business outsourcing solutions.

You will report directly into the UK based Legal Director and have fantastic prospects for career growth and development.

You will be work in high spec cutting edge offices in a beautiful location on the London/Surrey borders, easily and quickly accessible from central London.
