General Office Manager - Up to £55,000

Award Winning International Law Firm - St Pauls

This award winning international law firm is currently looking for a General Office Manager to oversee and coordinate the General Office Function in their City based offices. They are renowned for building lasting relationships with clients and staff alike and this role is no exception as they are focused on finding someone who can maintain their cohesive and friendly ethos, promoting flexibility and team work to ensure that customer service standards are delivered at a consistently high level at all times.

The day-to-day duties of this hands-on General Office Manager role will include but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring the efficient running of the General Office function on a daily basis.
  • Overseeing the mail room, sorting and franking of post.
  • Training and developing staff.
  • Attending meetings with the Head of Facilities and/or the Finance Director.
  • Holding weekly team meetings.
  • Producing daily and weekly reports.

This General Office Manager role requires previous supervisory experience overseeing a similar size general office team, excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to problem solve.
