Our client is without doubt one of the UK's leading law firms in this area, offering unrivalled experience and expertise dealing with all manner of regulatory, risk management, clinical governance, professional disciplinary, coronial law, mental health and Human Rights Act matters for clients right across the health sector, advising and assisting on a day to day basis a variety of health and social care providers and commissioners across both the public and independent health and social care sectors. The work is cutting edge, often challenging and complex, and ultimately incredibly rewarding.

Due to the increasing levels of work, and a maternity leave within the team as well, our client is potentially looking for perhaps two more additions to the team and both appointments will be on a permanent, full-time basis as the team is committed to continuing to grow and win new clients throughout 2017 and beyond.

Candidates of interest will ideally already have some existing, relevant experience of Health and Social Care Law and ideally existing advocacy experience working in these areas. The work will include patient care issues, coroners inquests, professional disciplinary, information governance, serious untoward incidents, mental health, CQC scrutiny and Human Rights Act issues, and plenty more besides. This is truly an area where every day is different !

Our client has also indicated they will consider applications from NQ+ level candidates if you feel you can genuinely demonstrate your strong interest to work in these areas.
