MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR USING INTERACTION - £30,000

Top 30 London law firm have an interesting role - responsible for the day to day management of the firm’s CRM database - InterAction, including effective development, maintenance and training.  The role combines an understanding of best BD practice, applied to using the CRM system to effectively capture, interpret and use the recorded relationships and activities to the firm’s best advantage. This role is working with the wider team, partners, fee earners and secretaries as users and there is responsibility for training users in effective usage of the system. Previous experience in either a marketing or CRM role within a professional services environment, and looking to develop their career in a support function.
