Our client, a top rated West End firm, both Chambers and Legal 100 rated, is currently looking for a 6-9+ PQE Real Estate Finance solicitor to join the firm on a 6-9+ month fixed term contract, starting ASAP.
The successful candidate will sit comfortably within the banking and finance team where a significant proportion of the work is property finance focussed. The client list includes both lenders and borrowers, and the team offers a full service including property investment and development, refinancings, corporate banking, support of the corporate and private client department, and advice on security and guarantees.
This role is to start immediately and will be for 6-9 months although longer term opportunities with the firm are a possibility.
