In-House Banking - Senior Lending Documentation role - Manchester

Our client is a leading international bank who set up a new banking legal team in the North West in early 2015 and are now seeking to hire 2 lawyers at 2-4 years qualified who have general banking experience.

The Bank's legal team will support the commercial and corporate lending business in the Bank and specifically the small to medium enterprise team. You will work on a range of facility letters and lending documentation and security issues and be supported by a team of paralegals.

This is an exciting development to bring legal work for this team back in-house. You will be part of the team who will set up the policies and procedures and you will have the opportunity to manage a team of paralegals as the team grows. This is a significant project for the Bank and a great opportunity for a first move in-house.
There will be a basic salary on offer plus car allowance, bonus, pension, healthcare and a range of other benefits.
