THE ROLE

The firm is looking for a commercial property associate with 3-7pqe who has gained good experience working within a recognised real estate team advising sophisticated clients on the acquisition and the disposal of substantial real estate investment assets, development projects, pre-letting and active leasing and asset management (including some work for occupational tenants)

ABOUT YOU

Good at maintaining and developing relationships with and obtaining instructions from sophisticated and demanding clients, you will demonstrate a keen interest to learn about clients' businesses and to assist in growing that of the firm.

Experience of running transactions, with support and guidance from more senior members of the team where required.

The successful candidate will be exposed to a broad range of commercial real estate transactions and will be involved in a diverse and interesting blend of work.

The candidate should display an enthusiasm for business development and for working with household UK and international names in the property world.
