Senior Litigation Lawyer, Investment House, Dubai

• 8 – 12 Years’ PQE (or UK equivalent)
• Fully Bilingual – fluent in both English and Arabic
• Previous litigation experience is essential

Our client is an Investment House based in Dubai who are currently looking to add a Senior Litigation Lawyer to their existing team.

Responsibilities for the role will include;

• Draft legal opinions from a litigation perspective on the legality of legal issues raised in relation to national laws
• Lead the preparation and review of various contracts and agreements from a litigation perspective to ensure the company interests are protected
• Represent the company and its subsidiaries before all courts, tribunal's, government departments and other legal bodies when managing dispute resolution matters, negotiations and claim settlements
• Lead/coordinate participation in internal investigation committees, ad-hoc and permanent committees and issues involving multidisciplinary issues providing advice from a litigation perspective
• Monitor the work of external counsel to ensure the interests of the company are protected

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years PQE or the UK equivalent, should be a native Arabic speaker but with an excellent command of spoken and written English.
