Legal & Business Affairs Associate

Our client, a global healthcare services company based in London is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their legal department on an interim basis for an initial period of 9 months. As a fully integrated member of the business you will work in strategic partnership with a range of senior leaders.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts across all of the company's business units

* Holding principal contact with the Business Development team for new customer contracts

* Supporting the procurement team to maintain the Contracts database

* Supporting the Head of Legal in developing a precedent bank of standard form documents

* Deputising from time to time for the Head of Legal as Company Secretary to the Board

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor, holding a minimum of 2 years PQE* and having gained general commercial experience previously. This can however have been gained either in Private Practice or In House.
