Structured Finance Lawyer (0-3 PQE)

A highly respected global law firm are seeking a solicitor to join their expanding Structured Finance and Capital Markets group in Ireland. They are looking to grow their practice with the hire of an associate between 0-3 PQE.

The department are market-leaders in the debt capital markets and the structured products arena. This is the oppurtune time to join a department with multiple partners that are leaders within their field. The successful candidates will be involved in a wide range of issues that consist of but are not limited to; debt capital markets, securitisation and structured finance transactions. The clients of this firm include many top-tier banks and financial institutions. The role offers the successful candidate an opportunity to work alongside such reputable groups. Providing advice on stressed, distressed, performing debt and non-performing debt deals will form an integral part of this vacancy.

The ideal candidate will have stellar academics and superb drafting skills. Such an applicant will have prior experience in dealing with debt capital markets and structured products within a reputable city or regional firm.
