Our client is a leading law firm who are currently seeking to appoint a mid/senior corporate lawyer to join their office in Denmark. The corporate team acts on a wide variety of multi-national corporate transactions and advisory work, for an interesting and high profile client base. They are also a leading firm ranking website legal 500 for multiple practice areas including corporate.
Our client is seeking a corporate lawyer with 6+ PQE qualified in Denmark. It will be expected that you are currently working at a leading law firm handling general Corporate/Commercial matters. You will need experience in; Mergers & Acquisitions, private equity, complex joint venture arrangements and securities, takeovers, listings and compliance. Experience in a leading law firm is a bonus a track to partnership/ full partnership opportunity and shareholding is available for the right candidate.
