Excellent new Corporate Solicitor role to join an award winning Corporate Finance team within a leading Top 100 Law firm. If you are looking for a new challenge, in a firm with a small but growing corporate team, then this could be the role you are looking for.
You should ideally have a couple of years' post qualification experience as part of the role will be to help supervise a more junior solicitor. This firm can offer you a broad mix of corporate M&A, joint venture and private equity experience, advising a range of SME's, OMBs in the mid market, with some PLC's. The firm are essentially looking for a "safe pair of hands" so there won't be a big emphasis on marketing and business development with this position. You will be working directly with a very well regarded partner and will be provided with good on going training and development.
