Are you a Residential Property Solicitor with up to 2 years PQE looking for a new role that can give you the opportunity to take home a generous basic salary with one of the industry's best bonus structures based on billings where you can substantially increase on your salary?

I am working with one of the fastest growing firms in the South East who are looking for a newly qualified residential property solicitor with the ability to fee earn as well as business develop. You will have a busy caseload of Residential Property matters such as; shared ownership, right to buy, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and title issues.

This role would be a real door opener for a candidate. The firm have strong relationships with many high-end estate agents. You will run your own residential property caseload which will include:

· Raising enquiries

· Obtaining and checking mortgage offers

· Exchange of Contracts

· Preparing Completion Packs

· Submission of the SDLT

· Dealing with any Land Registry Requirements

The firm have over 20 offices throughout the South East, operating across many HNW locations. They offer great career progression with many of the firm's Partners having worked their way up through the ranks.
