Incentives Associate, 6 month FTC, Bristol

Interesting new role for an NQ or junior solicitor looking to specialise into Employee Benefits and Incentives. Our award winning client is keen to grow their team with the appointment of an enthusiastic, bright and commercially minded NQ or Solicitor who ideally has experience of employee benefits and incentives.

You will be joining a small, friendly, close knit team. The team has plans plans to grow and there is plenty of headroom for long term progression. If you have experience of corporate, corporate tax or employment or pensions but are genuinely interested in specialising in the growing area of employee benefits and incentives, our client would like to hear from you.

Great team, exceptional quality of work, advising on all aspects of employee benefits, including the design, implementation and communication of senior executive and employee incentive plans, the establishment and operation of employee benefit trusts (to support share plans and as wealth creation vehicles), executive tax planning (including those who are mobile internationally), as well as corporate governance, regulatory and compliance matters. The team acts for a wide range of clients from venture capital entities to multinational companies. The team also provides support to the corporate teams on transactional matters, including PE deals, mergers and acquisitions, flotations and business reconstructions.

This role is for an initial fixed term of 6 months, but there is a possibility that this will be extended.
