Inquest and Healthcare Advisory Solicitor -
We have an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor who has specialist experience in the Healthcare sector, the position is within a leading law firm based in Birmingham
The role will involve advising clients on a range of healthcare issues, both contentious and non-contentious. There will be a requirement to represent clients at inquests, and knowledge of mental capacity and mental health law, best interests and Court of Protection matters will be required.
