The client is a growing well known brand that has an opportunity for a Commercial Paralegal.
Description
As the In-house Commercial Paralegal you will support the legal team and advise stakeholders on various commercial matters. The role could include drafting agreement and training internally on issues that may arise. You will advise the business on risk and draft appropriate contracts.
Profile
You will be a In-house Commercial Paralegal or a Commercial Paralegal working in private practice who has experience dealing with commercial law. You will already be in a role that involves drafting contracts and you will be prepared to learn new skills
