My client have released a unique opportunity to join an industry leader, at a pivotal time with multiple new and ongoing projects to deliver.
You will have a Software Development background (C#/SQL) and have progressed into a Team Lead role, and looking for an opportunity to join an established organisation, enetering an exciting phase of Application development.
The client will provide you with the chance to progress your career, both from a personal and technical perspective, whilst you take full responsibility for leading, coaching and developing your team.
The role will be split, and require hands-on on development work, liaising with all areas of the business and working very closely with stakeholders in IT, including Business Analysts and the user community. You will be responsible for taking the Technical Lead on projects and assign relevant workloads to the team, in turn delivering projects.
