In House Software Lawyer – Cambridgeshire
An opportunity has arisen for a talented software lawyer to join a global business going through rapid growth as European lead lawyer for this specialism.
In this position you will lead advice in regard to IT issues across the organisation within Europe. This will include software, IP and other technology related matters. You will draft and negotiate contracts and manage litigation, supporting both the commercial and procurement teams. You will advise on IT strategy, manage risk and implement policy and procedures across the business.
You will be a UK qualified lawyer with at least 5 years* of relevant experience in technology law including procurement of technology, licensing, drafting IT agreements and general IP knowledge.
