High profile Top 50 law firm are now looking to expand their Real Estate team in Birmingham city centre with the appointment of a solicitor at NQ - 2 years PQE level.

What is important here is that you have good academics and have trained at a well known firm with comparable levels of work on offer.

Because of business requirements you may be need to travel to other of the firms' offices but this would only be occasional.

What this is , is a superb opportunity to work alongside partners and senior associates of note and to handle top quality work.

The team advises on a large range of commercial property and real estate matters across various sectors and there is plenty of "big ticket" work available here, some of which you would manage yourself others you would assist on, cutting your teeth with key clients and getting used to their demands and requirements.

You should have had experience within commercial development regeneration, landlord and tenant, estate management and acquisitions and disposals.

There is a real team focus here where all levels within the team work closely together. You would be expected to provide support for more junior members of the team just as you will have the ear of more experienced colleagues who will be on hand for advice on complex matters.

At this stage of your carer it's about having the right people around you to really progress and fulfill your own potential.

Key duties and responsibilities :

Manage own caseload of Real Estate cases
Provide support to other members of the team
Draft and prepare various real estate documents
Liaise with various internal and external parties such as colleagues, clients, Land Registry, search agencies etc
Achieve set financial and chargeable targets

Relocators will be considered however you must be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the area.
