An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Private Client Solicitor (NQ - 4yrs PQE) to join a regarded Private Client department in Merseyside which is currently expanding.
The team deals with a variety of Wills & Probate issues (including Court of Protection and Lasting Powers of Attorney) and requires a Solicitor experienced in an array of Private Client matters who is not only technically proficient but also keen to be at the forefront in the business and ongoing development of the team.
The successful candidate will be tasked with the day to day management of an autonomous caseload of files (Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications, Wills, Probate, Estate administration etc) which will include taking full responsibility for your own diverse caseload. Working for an ambitious firm you will be expected to lead the development of the Private Client offering and be fully supported to do so.
There exists a realistic opportunity for Partnership in the longer term and represents a genuine chance to lead and develop a growing department from early on, all in all a fantastic option for an aspirational, recently qualified, Private Client Solicitor.
