Care Solicitor

Our client, a well-respected firm based in South-East London is proud to offer a high quality legal service to a diverse range of clients. Due to their recent and continued success this firm is looking to recruit a Care Solicitor to join their busy and thriving team on a full time permanent basis. The role would suit a Care Solicitor who is or is working towards Children's Panel membership and is looking to further their career within a supportive dedicated team.

This opportunity will allow the Care Solicitor to showcase their skills and talents buy running a caseload of 70% parent matters, 30% guardian matters and some injunction work. Due to the nature of this role the Care Solicitor must have a passion for advocacy and is up to date within the changes in law. Applications for this Care Solicitor position will be considered from qualified solicitors with at least 3 years' PQE who has a strong background of dealing with both privately and publically funded care matters. Ideally the Care Solicitor will be proactive, willing to develop their own skills set and can be empathetic.
