Banking Solicitor 1-3 PQE

Our client is an international leading law firm. They are eager to recruit a Banking Solicitor with 1- 3 PQE.

You will be expected to draft and review documentation, demonstrate familiarity with precedents and market standards. You will have to take a lead role in advising the client under appropriate supervision, provide commercial and legal advice to the client.

It will be also required to take initial instructions internally or externally, delegating where appropriate. You should be capable of presenting ideas to the client to resolve current market issues and anticipate potential problems. 

It will be crucial to participate in recruitment initiatives, client marketing and develop networks with other professionals, participating at conferences or professional organisations. You will also have to coach less experienced associates and trainees.
