This is a growing law firm with over 100 members of staff. They are currently seeking a mid level or senior commercial property lawyer to join the team. You will be joining an established team and will be dealing with a wide range of work including sales and purchases, development work and leases. Clients include a good mix of small and large developer clients. There is also the chance to develop an area of specialism within commercial property if this is something that appeals. The team is busy so there is no requirement that you need to bring work with you and the firm deliberately set low billable hours targets to encourage people to have a life outside of work.
