An opportunity has arisen in the London Bridge office for Solicitors with corporate and/or commercial skills and experience to advise a mixed client base of private and public sector entities on a broad range of corporate and commercial related issues including strategic advice, joint ventures, commercial contracts, partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, applying for charity registration, outsourcings, corporate reorganisations and major projects.

The client base includes; local authorities, central government, housing associations, organisations spun out from local authorities (usually "not for profit organisations") and charities.

You will be joining a team of 6 partners and 20+ associates and the firm are welcoming application from NQ's to 2 PQE. Experience working in private practice or local authority will be considered.
