A rare opportunity has arisen for a part or non-qualified Residential Conveyancer to join a business based in Bristol; advising on and handling the Conveyancing process and providing legal support across the company. This is a newly created role and a great opportunity for a Conveyancer who is looking to progress and develop their knowledge. The business is innovative in nature and qualification support is on offer for the right candidate.

What you will need to succeed
Applications are invited from part-qualified CILEX candidates, Licenced Conveyancers, Solicitors and experienced paralegals. Ideally you will have had exposure to running the full spectrum of the conveyancing process both sale and purchase, and have experience of managing your own workload and client relationships. You must be passionate about property and committed to developing your career in Conveyancing.
