A great opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Solicitor to join one of the leading Real Estate teams in the UK. The successful individual will be part of the Real Estate team based in the Birmingham office of this growing National law firm.
About the Real Estate Solicitor role:
Work types cover the full spectrum of property transactions you would expect to find at a firm where real estate work is a key driver in its continuing success. You will work with lawyers in construction, planning, real estate disputes, tax, corporate, environmental and procurement as well as lawyers in the cross office Real Estate NSL.
The role will include:
- Providing a wide range of general and specialised non-contentious commercial property advice
- A mixture of sole conduct of matters and assisting partners and associates on larger property (or property related) transactions, depending on your level of experience
- Advising some of the UK's leading and most prestigious organisations and institutions on the most complex of projects
- A stimulating, varied and challenging caseload and you will be given a divers mixture of work with direct contact to clients and agents from the start whilst benefiting from close supervision from members of the team

The law firm has a varied portfolio of clients ranging across the private and the public sector. The Birmingham Real Estate team has a particular strength in, and a focus on, giving the full range of commercial property advice to universities, further education colleges, academies, healthcare institutions and corporate occupiers.
You will be a UK qualified solicitor from a City or large regional law firm (or overseas equivalent) and may have at least 1 year PQE within real estate.
