RTA Portal Team Leader

An RTA Portal Team Leader is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a highly regarded law firm based in Cheshire. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

My client is a multi service law firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Team Leader to manage the RTA MOJ Portal department. You will provide technical guidance to a team of case handlers setting relevant objectives and performance managing, whilst inspiring and developing your team.

You will be expected to audit files, appraise colleagues, and give constructive feedback to help them develop and grow in their roles. You'll also make sure that everything is in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs.

Applications are invited from Personal Injury Fee Earners with significant experience of the MOJ Portal. Previous management experience would be desirable, however it is not a pre-requisite as we are happy to consider experienced personal injury fee earners looking to take the next step in their career to a supervisory role.

You will be enthusiastic, motivated and articulate and have the ability to performance manage and achieve results.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award winning law firm with a market leading salary and benefits package on offer.
