Kingsley has the pleasure of working with a top-performing Legal 500 firm based in Newcastle, which is looking to appoint an experienced corporate solicitor (NQ - 1/2 years’ PQE ideally). You will bring your experience of handling a variety of corporate files, across public and private company matters. You will be working within a challenging and professional team, where you will be provided with quality work from day one!

You can expect to gain real exposure working for the firm’s large client base of corporate clients. As such, two years of working at this practice can often be the equivalent of four to five with the larger firms, due to the responsibilities that you are given on matters across the commercial and corporate teams. With this organisation, there is the opportunity for you to operate alongside the established commercial team, where you will also advise on commercial contracts, intellectual property, and information technology matters, making it a very interesting role.
