Civil Litigation Legal Executive - Our clients, a large practice with several offices around Kent have asked us to find them a further civil litigation Legal Executive with a minimum of 1 years relevant pqe. You will be joining a team with an excellent track record and a strong reputation for resolving conflicts fast and effectively. He/she will need to have a good grounding in all areas of civil litigation and have a thirst to develop their skills and experience in a busy faced paced environment. Reporting to the head of the department you will act on a range of general civil litigation matters, including:
-          Commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters
-          Professional negligence
-          Insolvency
-          Debt recovery issues
-          Building disputes
-          General contract
-          Partnership disputes
