The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and client-focused Residential Conveyancer to join our clients’ CQS accredited property team in the Buckingham area. Becoming part of a growing department, the successful Lawyer will manage a diverse caseload of residential sales and purchases to include freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages and transfers of equity. Prior experience working to CQS standards is desirable with the ability to manage transactions from instruction to post-completion being essential for the position.

A hands-on role suited to a confident professional offering exposure to high quality work in a boutique practice and a competitive remuneration package for the right Lawyer. 
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE gained within Residential Conveyancing.
You must have excellent technical skills with expertise encompassing all aspects of residential property.
You will be highly organised and able to manage a full and varied caseload with minimal supervision, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
You will be driven and personable with a commercial outlook.
