In-house Energy Counsel

Reporting to the Head of Legal for Energy, you will support a variety of projects advising on developments, JVs, M&A, divestment and closures, operational assets on day to day issues, and operational contracts for customer owned energy assets.

You will work closely with the business as well as part of a top quality and collegiate legal team, that offers flexible working and a friendly environment.

The ideal candidate will have negotiated construction and O&M agreements, and the JCT suite of contracts. They will also have understanding of energy transactions including power purchase agreements and development projects.
