A company and commercial lawyer is required by one of East Anglia’s fastest growing law firms, a law firm of outstanding quality that has grown substantially over the last 5 years.
The Successful candidate with have at least 5 years PQE in all areas of corporate and commercial law, advising clients in varied aspects of corporate and partnership law, including: · Business and share acquisitions and disposals; · Management buy-outs; · Share re-organisations, issues, buy-backs and transfers; · Advice to company directors; · Corporate governance; · Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements etc. · Advice on partnerships and limited liability partnerships Advising clients in various commercial contract arrangements including: · Supply of goods and services; · Distribution, outsourcing, fundraising; Ecommerce; · Agency. · Franchise agreements · Intellectual property matters.
