They are now looking to recruit an experienced Enfranchisement Solicitor to join their team.
The Role
Our client is seeking a full time permanent Enfranchisement Solicitor. The role will be managing a caseload of specialist enfranchisement work including contentious property matters. The Enfranchisement Solicitor position will be dealing with lease extension and both voluntary and statutory right to manage claims.
The Candidate
You will be a qualified Solicitor
You will have experience in enfranchisement.
You will have experience within a litigation environment.
Experience in lease extensions and right to manage.
