French-speaking lawyer or experienced paralegal ( OTC derivatives contracts)

We are looking for French-speaking (ideally bi-lingual English/French) junior to mid-level lawyers or experienced paralegals with 1 to 4 years of experience in negotiating OTC derivatives contracts (ISDA, FBF) in a bank or an asset manager. 
Ideally qualified as an advocate in France but not required.  

This is initially for a 2 to 3 months Paris or Mauritius based project but it will most likely extend for a longer period.   

Required skills include:

• Excellent interpersonal oral and written/ verbal communication skills
• Able to work both independently and as an integral part of a team 
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Commercial, proactive and business-like mind-set
• A good grasp of Microsoft Office applications
• Be comfortable with technological applications, plus a knowledge of legal review platforms will be beneficial 
• Good time management skills and the ability to operate well in high-pressure environments 
• Strong team player
• Risk sensitivity and the ability to know when to escalate an issue
