Securitisation Associate 0-2 PQE International Law Firm London

This international law firm is seeking a junior securitisation lawyer for its London office. The firm has offices in all major hubs and a stellar reputation in capital markets and structured finance. They advise on a wide variety of international and UK transactions, and cover both traditional as well as emerging asset classes.

This role will appeal to a technically astute and dynamic solicitor with a keen interest in securitisation work. This individual will advise lenders, arrangers, issuers and investors on complex and high value securitisation and asset-backed finance deals.

Candidates should ideally have up to two years of relevant experience in a reputable capital markets, securitisation or structured finance practice. You should have strong academics and excellent drafting skills. You should be a good communicator with sound commercial awareness and good interpersonal skills.
