ISDA NEGOTIATOR NEEDED - JANUARY 2017 START

Our client is looking for an ISDA negotiator to join their busy team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing a portfolio of ISDA and CSA negotiations
• Supporting strategic projects in the documentation space as may be required
• Assisting any reviews of netting and capacity opinions as may be required and assisting with the drafting of additional provisions for particular jurisdictions or counterparty types. Supporting the team to respond to netting and related queries raised by various internal stakeholders

Canddiate Specification:

• Candidates will have a minimum of a 2 years experience in negotiating ISDA documentation.
• French or German skills would be a plus
• Experience of negotiating IMA agreements would also be useful
• You must be solutions orientated
• You must be able to work independently as well as with a team
• This is a client facing role so you must be robust
