We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Manchester based commercial firm, a paralegal to join a highly regarded professional negligence team.

Our client a leading provider of commercial and insurance law nationally is now looking to expand the professional negligence team with an addition paralegal. The role will involve acting on behalf of Insurers and professional policyholders in defending professional negligence claims.

Responsibilities will include document review, instructing counsel and experts, drafting, communicating with third parties, legal research and business development and client entertainment.

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability to apply your own judgment and experience when providing advice to clients, and will have experience of drafting and working both individually and as part of a team under pressure.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to learn and develop within the specialist area of Professional Negligence.
