Abuse Paralegal
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading commercial firm, a paralegal to join a highly regarded Abuse and Social Care team.
The role will involve assisting a Partner with a caseload of pre and post litigated abuse and social care files. Responsibilities will include investigations, assessing quantum, research, drafting, attending CMCs and trials and liaising with clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience of abuse and/or social care, though experience of EL/PL will also be considered. You must have litigation experience and good knowledge of the CPR.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal to gain experience within this specialist and challenging area of Abuse and Social Care.
