We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading commercial firm, a Solicitor to join a highly regarded Abuse and Social Care team.

The role will involve assisting on a varied caseload of defendant Abuse and Social Care claims with a view to running cases under supervision. Responsibilities will include case review, drafting, client liaison, preparing witness statements and bundles, business development and client entertainment.

The ideal candidate will be NQ-1 years PQE and will have previous experience of managing a personal injury caseload. Experience of abuse or social care claims would be desirable, but this is not essential.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to join a market-leading firm in the challenging and specialist area of Abuse and Social Care work.
