Our Client, a long established independent firm with an international footprint beyond its offices in London and New York, is seeking a Private Client and Personal Tax Professional Support Lawyer to work in its Tax Group in its West End offices.
The successful candidate would have:
- 6+ PQE
- a strong academic background
- excellent technical skills and
- exemplary communication and organisational skills
Experience in the following:
- in-depth experience of the UK taxation of international high net worth individuals
- inheritance tax and capital gains tax
- expertise in Wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, mental capacity, trusts and charity formation
- an aptitude for technology and
- excellent drafting and writing skills
- ideally be a full STEP member
- supportive and a strong team player is essential
The successful candidate will also be arranging and delivering training and supervising and mentoring trainees and other junior members of the team as required.
