Partner

Our client are a Legal 500, LEXCEL accredited firm who have an embedded culture of attracting talented, passionate professionals. This firm regards client satisfaction as paramount importance to the success of their business. With this in mind our client are looking to bring in another Partner to head their Corporate Commercial department in North West London on a full-time, permanent basis.

Our client is seeking an ambitious and confident Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor or Partner to take on an extensive caseload. The caseload will include but is not limited to dealing with:

• Company law matters
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Partnerships and commercial contracts at a range of values; including multi-million pound deals

Given the breadth of the caseload and the growth plans for the department as the Partner and head of department you would be leading an effective Legal 500 team and you will be expected to both foster relationships with their long standing clients and develop the department, therefore an ability for business development and marketing is essential. A following is desirable but not essential.

It is expected that you will be an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor or Partner with a minimum of 5 years' post qualification experience and previous experience managing a team. The position is for to join the Partnership and to be a Head of Department, so strong ambition and drive is essential.
