Progressive Legal 500 firm based in the North West London are recruiting a Partner/ Head of Department to lead the Property department for the firm.

This Partner appointment will allow an experienced senior Commercial Property lawyer to deal with an active caseload of Commercial Property matters, alongside heading up the Property department. This is a unique role that will allow the right individual to join a very well respected firm as a Partner and to take ownership of a growing property department. Whilst being able to implement your business development and marketing strategy.

As the Partner and head of department you would be leading an effective team you will be expected to both foster relationships with their long standing clients and develop the department, therefore an ability for business development and marketing is essential. A following is desirable but not essential.

It is expected that you will be an experienced solicitor, with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience and previous experience of managing a team. The ideal candidate will come from a Commercial Property background. The position is for Partnership and to be a Head of Department, so strong ambition and drive is essential.
