In-house Counsel - Commercial - Commercial contracts - 4+ pqe

Our client is a leading global software company offering specialist software to financial institutions including wealth managers and brokers. They seek a commercial lawyer with at least 4 years commercial contract experience to work closely with key stakeholders in the business in a flat-structured and collegiate legal function. You will work closely with the General Counsel and wider global legal team as well as autonomously when needed.

You will be keen to draft, negotiate and review a broad range of commercial contracts such as software licence, support and maintenance, NDAs, consultancy outsourcing and master agreements. The opportunity will offer great career progression in a truly meritocratic environment to a candidate with strong communication skills and relationship building qualities. This is a rare opportunity to join an in house team of legal experts in the wonderful town of Cheltenham, just over 2 hours from London by train.
