You will provide legal support to establish new managed accounts , as well as review and negotiate intra- group agreements, investment management agreements for UCITS and AIFs, investment advisory agreements and fund distribution agreements .
You must be a qualified lawyer with at least 3PQE +, some of which will have been secured from working within the investment and funds space . You will have strong contract negotiation experience, specifically investment management agreements with institutional clients .You will have knowledge of the UK regulatory regime relating to the provision of investment management services , as well as UCITS and AIFMD .
You will work within a collaborative , growing team , who work closely with the business. The role will run for a duration of between 3-6 months, with scope to be extended.
