A leading Lincolnshire Law Firm are seeking a Legal Executive to join their Commercial Property team who provide a full range of legal services to a nationwide client base.

Our client is a leading law firm in Lincolnshire.
Description
The role of Legal Executive - Commercial Property will involve providing legal services to a broad range of clients with regards to commercial property matters. This will include running your own caseload of files where you be responsible for drafting leases, licenses and renewals. You will also act on general landlord and tenant matters such as acquisitions and disposals.
Profile
The ideal candidate would be a Chartered Legal Executive who has prior experience of working within a commercial property team. As the role is based within Lincoln it is envisaged that applicants will be based in or around the Lincolnshire region.
