Residential Conveyancer now required for a well known regional firm's property team who are now growing and expansing on the back of new wins.

The role is to work with the team to provide a high quality legal service to clients in the sale and purchase of residential properties with particular emphasis on residential freehold and leasehold sales and purchases including new builds. The firm is looking for a keen and driven individual who wants to be involved in and contribute to the expansion of the team.

You will be comfortable running a caseload with minimal supervision and be a point of reference for any juniors members of the department.

The firm are looking for motivated conveyancers who wish to work in a team environment alongside other service driven individuals.
