My client is a top 100 firm that is a recognised market leader across the South West. Due to a number of internal promotions the client is looking to a Projects Lawyer to their Bristol office. The Projects team offers clients high level expertise in procurement structuring, project set-up, finance, execution and exit. The range of projects is diverse and includes social infrastructure projects, energy projects, outsourcing and economic infrastructure.
The Bristol team comprises of 4 Partners, 5 Associate Directors, 2 Senior Associates and 2 Associates. This role is for a Senior Associate to join the Bristol team. You will be given the opportunity to work on a broad range of high quality projects.
As a guide, due to the nature of the work and the structure of the team, they are looking to appoint a lawyer with approximately 3 years PQE in this area, although candidates with more or less experience that this may be considered. The ideal candidate will have a background working in the PPP, concession based outsourcing or project finance sectors and will be willing to embrace the challenge of a varied workload.
